Common use of Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act Clause in Contracts

Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act. Subrecipient agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. § 1857 et. seq.) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. §1251 et seq.), as amended.

Subrecipient SUBGRANTEE agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. § 1857 et. 7401, et seq.) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. §1251 USC 1251, et seq.), as amended. Violations must be reported to the Federal awarding agency and the United States Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA).
