CLEANING REQUIREMENTS FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND. In order to receive a return of the full amount of the refundable portion of the security deposit, the following items must be completed prior to vacating the Property: Bathrooms - Sinks, tubs and toilets must be cleaned and de-limed. Mirrors, walls, and exhaust fan/vents must be cleaned. Dust/clean shelves, cabinets, heat registers, etc. Floors swept and mopped. Bedrooms, hallways/stairways and living rooms - Shelves, walls, tables, heat register, etc. must be cleaned and dusted. Floors swept and mopped. Carpets - Vacuum carpets and they must be shampooed at the end of lease term if dirty above and beyond normal wear and tear. Kitchens - Ovens, microwaves and stoves must be cleaned and degreased. Fans/ filters for stove must be cleaned and degreased. Refrigerators must be defrosted and cleaned. (Do not use metal objects to remove ice from the freezer). Walls and floors must be cleaned (includes underneath refrigerators and stoves). Dust/clean shelves, heat registers, etc. Wipe down counters, under sinks and cupboards. Floors swept and mopped. Trash - Remove all trash and or furniture from the home prior to move out and ensure pet hair is not present if applicable. The above list is not all-inclusive and may vary from property to property and can be changed during the term of this agreements. Updates of the cleaning checklist can be found on website, application, or emailed to the email listed in section 1 (j). It is the Resident’s ultimate responsibility to have the Property clean and in good condition at the end of the agreement term. Any costs associated with cleaning or re-cleaning the Property at the end of the term of this Agreement will result in a deduction from Resident’s security deposit.

New equipment will be subject to new product emission standards. • Stationary equipment will be located as far away from sensitive receivers as possible. • Construction-related noise generators will be shielded from noise receivers (e.g., use temporary enclosures to shield generators or crushers, take advantage of site conditions to provide topographic separation). • Construction alerts will be distributed to keep the public informed of construction activities, and a toll-free number for construction-related complaints will be provided. • During the design phase, hours of operation will be evaluated to minimize disruptions during construction. The magnitude of these impacts will vary depending on the location of the sources of the fill material and of the disposition sites for surplus material, the land uses along the routes, the duration of hauling operations, staging locations, and the construction phasing. To identify acceptable routes and times of operation, ADOT, or its representative, will prepare an agreement with local agencies regarding hauling of construction materials on public streets. As it relates to these Technical Provisions, references to freeway, project, South Mountain Freeway, proposed action, proposed freeway, and Selected Alternative mean the Project, and references to contractor mean Developer. Developer shall comply with and perform all of the contractor and ADOT requirements, including the ADOT obligations, commitments, and responsibilities, identified in the following table, except to the extent of those requirements that are specifically identified in the third column, entitled “Description of ADOT Responsibilities,” which are not delegated to Developer.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
