Clear N’DirectK. (TX and VA) CCC's Clear N’DirectK (non-operator assisted, direct dial) is intended for residential Customers. Customers access Clear N’DirectK Service by dialing 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number) if they have selected CCC as their primary interexchange carrier. When CCC is not the presubscribed interex xxxx xx carrier, Customers can access this service by dialing 101XXXX + 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number). Calls are routed over Carrier's transmission and switching facilities to any valid NPA-NXX. Rates and charges associated with CCC’s Clear N’DirectK Service to all international points served by CCC are set forth in Section 6.22 following. Calls will be billed with a sixty (60) second minimum and in sixty (60) second increments. As of January 1, 2003, the Clear N’DirectK is only available to customers in Texas and Virginia.

  • Clear and Reasonable Warnings Commencing on or before December 31, 2022 (the compliance date), the Settling Entity shall provide clear and reasonable warnings for all units of the Products offered for sale to California consumers or its customers. Each warning shall be prominently placed with such conspicuousness as compared with other words, statements, designs, or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of purchase or use.

  • Clear and Reasonable Warning As of the Effective Date, and continuing thereafter, a clear and reasonable exposure warning as set forth in this §§ 2.3 and 2.4 must be provided for all Products that Xxxxxxx manufacturers, imports, distributes, sells, or offers for sale in California that is not a Reformulated Product. There shall be no obligation for Xxxxxxx to provide an exposure warning for Products that entered the stream of commerce prior to the Effective Date. The warning shall consist of either the Warning or Alternative Warning described in §§ 2.3(a) or (b), respectively:

  • Euroclear and Clearstream Investors holding Common Depository Notes through Euroclear, Clearstream or such other clearing system shall follow the settlement procedures applicable to conventional Eurobonds in registered form. Such Common Depository Notes shall be credited to Euroclear, Clearstream or such other clearing system participants’ securities accounts either on the Closing Date or on the settlement day following the Closing Date against payment in same-day funds (for value on the Closing Date).

  • Electronic Fund Transfer 10.1 Employees will receive their pay and any reimbursements via electronic fund transfer (payroll direct deposit). The University will provide electronic pay advices to all employees.

  • Sponsored Investment Entity and Controlled Foreign Corporation A Financial Institution described in subparagraph B(1) or B(2) of this section having a sponsoring entity that complies with the requirements of subparagraph B(3) of this section.

  • Electronic Fund Transfers The following provisions apply only to Electronic Fund Transfers (“EFTs”). EFTs are any transfer of funds initiated with your Card(s) at an ATM or as a PIN based debit transaction (Point of Sale). You will have access to either your deposit or credit card accounts, or both if you so choose, with Commerce Bank. We can cancel these services at any time and for any reason without notice. We can also cancel your entire Account, including credit card services, and revoke your Card(s) as provided in the CANCELLATION paragraph above. This may be done by an ATM or merchant not returning your Card(s) to you. We may change the terms of this Agreement relating to EFTs without notice to you unless required by law. WHAT CONSTITUTES BANK’S BUSINESS DAY Our Business Days are Monday through Friday. Federal holidays are not included. DISCLOSURE OF CONSUMER’S LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS AND ADVISABILITY OF PROMPT REPORTING Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your Card(s) has/have been lost or stolen or if you believe that an EFT has been made without your permission. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your deposit account plus your maximum overdraft line of credit. If you tell us within two Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Card, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used your Card without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Card, and we can prove that we could have stopped someone from using your Card and making transfers from your deposit account without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00. Also, if your deposit statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by Card, code or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the deposit statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods at our discretion.

  • Exempt Beneficial Owners other than Funds The following Entities shall be treated as Non-Reporting Finnish Financial Institutions and as exempt beneficial owners for purposes of sections 1471 and 1472 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, other than with respect to a payment that is derived from an obligation held in connection with a commercial financial activity of a type engaged in by a Specified Insurance Company, Custodial Institution, or Depository Institution.
