Common use of Clearance Clause in Contracts

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.91% (BV Ozon LP) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.910.07% (BV Ozon LPBVSIL) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP BVSIL to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.91% (BV Ozon LP) Sale Shares from BVFVNL to the Ozon BV Ozon LP to Fermi PEF in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.910.067% (BV Ozon LPBVIL)) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP BVFVNL to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.910.02% (BV Ozon LPBVFVNL) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP BVFVNL to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.911.690% (BV Ozon LPBVIL)) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.9115.59% (BV Ozon LPBVFVNL)) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP BVFVNL to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;

Clearance. a certified copy of the duly executed and effective clearance of the transfer of the Ozon (8.910.36% (BV Ozon LPBVFVNL) Sale Shares from BV Ozon LP BVFVNL to Fermi in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as required under Ozon’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy;
