Common use of CLEC Prices Clause in Contracts

CLEC Prices. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Charges that CLEC bills ILEC for CLEC’s Services shall not exceed the Charges for ILEC' comparable Services. Nothing in the Agreement, Attachments, or Appendices thereto shall require CLEC to provide services other than those required for the Reciprocal Compensation for Transport & Termination of Local Traffic and LNP functionality.
