CLERICAL ASSISTANCE AND INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPLIES. The parties recognize the desirability of professional clerical assistance and adequate instructional supplies. To the extent that financial resources permit, effort will be made to provide faculty unit members the clerical assistance, including the assistance of available work- study students, and instructional supplies necessary for the fulfillment of their assigned responsibilities.
