Client authorisation. 16.7.1. Where the terms and conditions of the Ceding Party necessitate contact with the customer to authorise the transfer the Ceding Party may respond to a Portfolio Transfer Request with a delay message and issue the Portfolio Transfer Confirmation outside of the defined SLA.

I confirm that to the best of my knowledge the information regarding the property is accurate, and that I have not withheld any materially significant information regarding the property. The information provided may be used at the Agent’s discretion in connection with the proposed sale of the property, released to any prospective purchaser, and I hereby indemnify the Agent accordingly. Should there be any changes I will notify the Agent in writing.

The undersigned who, in accordance with a prior agreement with the Professional renews or confers access rights to the latter, declares that he/she has acknowledged Clause 25 (banking secrecy and data protection) of these General Conditions and expressly consents to the transfers of information and data relating to him/her described in this Clause and made since the said previous agreement.
