Common use of Client Fees Clause in Contracts

Client Fees. Contractor shall charge a fee to Clients to whom services are provided pursuant to this Contract, their estates and responsible relatives, in accordance with the fee system designated by Administrator. This fee shall be based upon the person's ability to pay for services, but it shall not exceed the actual cost of services provided. No person shall be denied services because of an inability to pay.
