  • Relationship Between Parties Each party will be deemed to represent to the other party on the date on which it enters into a Transaction that (absent a written agreement between the parties that expressly imposes affirmative obligations to the contrary for that Transaction):

  • Independent Contractor Relationship SELLER is an independent contractor in all its operations and activities hereunder. The employees used by SELLER to perform Work under this Contract shall be SELLER's employees exclusively without any relation whatsoever to LOCKHEED XXXXXX.

  • Employment Contracts Neither the Seller nor any Seller Subsidiary is a party to any Contracts for employment, severance, consulting or other similar agreements with any employees, consultants, officers or directors of the Seller or any of the Seller Subsidiaries, except as set forth on Section 2.10(h) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
