Client Installation. Sonasoft shall timely provide all services reasonably requested by IVT to facilitate the implementation of IVT Customers to the Licensed Software. IVT’spayment of the fees set forth in Section 3.2 shall be sufficient for all services necessary to beperformed by Sonasoft in order to fulfill its obligations set forth herein.
Client Installation. Regardless of the kind of license you have obtained, you may RUN the Client Software on as many computers in as many locations as you wish for the purpose of interacting with the licensed Server Software.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Lending Installations Each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation. All alterations, improvements and additions to the Demised Premises permitted to be made by Tenant hereunder, shall be made in accordance with all applicable laws and plans and specifications previously submitted to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and, except for removable trade fixtures, shall at once when made or installed be deemed to have attached to the freehold and to have become the property of Landlord and shall remain for the benefit of Landlord at the end of the term or other expiration of this Lease in as good order and condition as they were when installed, reasonable wear and tear excepted. In the event in the making of such alteration, improvements and additions as herein provided, Tenant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from and against all costs, expenses, liens, claims and damages arising out of, or resulting from the undertaking or making of such alterations, improvements and additions.

  • Maintenance Repairs and Alterations Landlord hereby covenants that the Premises shall be in reasonably good and usable condition as of the effective date of this Agreement.   • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.   • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Permitted Alterations Tenant shall not make or permit ATIONS any Alterations in, on or about the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and according to plans and specifications approved in writing by Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Landlord shall have the right to require that all Alterations shall be of first class quality consistent with the quality of the Project. All alterations made by Tenant, or by Landlord at Tenant's expense, shall at the termination or expiration of the Lease become the property of Landlord and shall remain upon and be surrendered with the Premises; provided, however, that Landlord may, at its option, require that Tenant, at Tenant's expense, remove any or all nonstructural Alterations installed by Tenant, or by Landlord at Tenant's expense, and return the Premises to their condition as of the Commencement Date of this Lease, normal wear and tear excepted and subject to the provisions of Paragraph 13. If requested by Tenant, Landlord shall inform Tenant at the time Landlord consents to the Alteration as to whether or not the Alteration in question must be removed from the Premises upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease, Tenant shall be solely responsible for the maintenance and repair of any and all Alterations to the Premises made by Tenant, or by Landlord at Tenant's expense.
