CLIENT’S CONSULTANTS Sample Clauses

CLIENT’S CONSULTANTS. Contracts between the Client and other consultants retained by Client for the Project shall require the consultants to coordinate their drawings and other instruments of service with those of Xxxxx Xxxxx and to advise Xxxxx Xxxxx of any potential conflict. Xxxxx Xxxxx shall have no responsibility for the components of the project designed by the Client’s consultants. The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx’ consultants and their employees from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of services performed for this project by other consultants of the Client.

CLIENT’S CONSULTANTS. When requested by Architect, or required by authorities having jurisdiction over the Project, Client shall furnish the services of geotechnical, civil, mechanical, structural and environmental engineers and any other services required by the scope of the Project, at Client’s sole cost and expense.

  • Individual Consultants Services for assignments that meet the requirements set forth in the first sentence of paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded to individual consultants in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines. Under the circumstances described in paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, such contracts may be awarded to individual consultants on a sole-source basis.

  • Consultants Any and all consultant(s), sub-consultant(s), subcontractor(s), or agent(s) to the Architect.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:

  • Department’s Contract Manager The Department’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Department’s oversight of the Contract, will be identified in a separate writing to the Contractor upon Contract signing in the following format: Department’s Contract Manager Name Department’s Name Department’s Physical Address Department’s Telephone # Department’s Email Address If the Department changes the Contract Manager, the Department will notify the Contractor. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.
