MEETINGS PHASE. Xxxxxxx Sessions Consulting shall prepare for and attend, as required, all office and field meetings before the client, Town of North Castle and other government Boards, review and approval agencies under the various phases of work. Meeting time shall also include e-mails and telephone conferences. For the purpose of this proposal, Xxxxxxx Sessions Consulting assumes that there will be two (2) meetings with the Department of Parks and Recreation and two (2) meetings with the Town Board. ADDITIONAL SERVICES IDED Additional services shall include all services not specifically defined within Scope of Services above. If required, additional services shall be billed in accordance with the hourly rate schedule for the year services are performed or under separate contract.   • General Meetings 19. The Academy Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition to any other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it; and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust and that of the next. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Governors shall appoint. All meetings other than Annual General Meetings shall be called General Meetings.
