Instruments of Service definition

Instruments of Service is defined in Section 10.01(c).
Instruments of Service means the Drawings, Specifications, and other documents and information expressing the Project, whether in form, function, concept, or otherwise, produced by Design- Builder or its Subcontractors.
Instruments of Service means the design, documents, specifications and reports prepared by or on behalf of the Prime Consultant or Consultants, including but not limited to plans, sketches, drawings, graphic representations and computer- generated designs and materials.

Instruments of Service means finalized working drawings, contract proposals, site analyses, environmental review documents, inspection reports, cost estimates, planning studies, and specifications which have been prepared by a person who holds a valid license to practice landscape architecture in this State or which have been prepared under his or her immediate and responsible direction.”
