Project Management Plan 6.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan and Good Industry Practice.
Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

With respect to any action, decision or determination which is to be taken or made by County under this Contract, the County’s Designated Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify Engineer in writing of an individual responsible for and capable of taking such action, decision or determination and shall forward any communications and documentation to such individual for response or action. Actions, decisions or determinations by the County’s Designated Representative on behalf of County shall be done in his or her reasonable business judgment unless express standards or parameters therefor are included in this Contract, in which case, actions taken by the County’s Designated Representative shall be in accordance with such express standards or parameters. Any consent, approval, decision or determination hereunder by the County’s Designated Representative shall be binding on County; provided, however, the County’s Designated Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend or terminate this Contract, an Executed Work Authorization, an executed Supplemental Work Authorization or executed Contract Amendment. County’s Designated Representative shall not have any authority to execute a Contract Amendment, Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization unless otherwise granted such authority by the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioners Court. ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide MidState Telecommunications access to operations support systems (OSS) functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of MidState Telecommunications to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for MidState Telecommunications’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.
