Common use of Clinic Duties Clause in Contracts

Clinic Duties. ‌ Administrative Assistants are not required to: (a) make decisions with respect to matters related to the illness of a student or injury to a student; or (b) give medicine left in the clinic. The Building Principal, nurse and/or volunteer assigned shall have primary responsibility for clinic duties.
