Common use of Clinician Supervision Clause in Contracts

Clinician Supervision. In order to ensure that you and/or your child receive treatment that is of the highest quality, our clinicians are subjected to both individual and group supervision to discuss certain patient matters related to patients they treat. This helps ensure that your clinician is utilizing the most effective therapeutic approach. All clinicians at the BHCTC are strictly bound by confidentiality requirements related to the patients they treat, as well as patients discussed in supervision. Feel free to discuss any concerns you have with our staff or your clinician. We will be happy to discuss the matter with you or refer you for legal advice if we cannot adequately answer your questions.
