Apprenticeship Supervision. All apprentices shall be supervised by an appropriately qualified tradesperson. The parties shall implement the ESV’s “Supervision guidelines for apprentices working on electrical installations”. These guidelines were developed by the Industry parties under the auspices of the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector.

Apprenticeship Supervision. (i) All apprentices shall be supervised by an appropriately qualified tradesperson each worksite shall implement the “Supervision guidelines for apprentices working on electrical installations” referred to in Schedule G.

Apprenticeship Supervision. The Parties recognize that when a tradesperson is supervising an apprentice, they are responsible for the apprentice and their professional development. To ensure that the apprentice is progressing in accordance with the required standards, the Board shall ensure that the tradesperson and apprentice be given thirty (30) minutes a week to conduct a proper review of the apprenticeship and/or skill acquisition.
