Common use of CLOSE OUT MEETING Clause in Contracts

CLOSE OUT MEETING. After the conclusion of the investigation, the complainant will be offered the opportunity to have a "close out meeting" with the appropriate member(s) of the LER staff. This notice will be provided to the complainant via email, with cc to the appropriate Local 609 representative, within seven (7) days of the date of the Findings/Outcome letter. If the complainant desires to have union representation at this meeting, an LER staff member will coordinate the scheduling of this meeting with the complainant and the appropriate Local 609 representative. At this meeting, the LER staff member(s) will attempt to answer questions about the process of the investigation and the ultimate decision-making regarding the complaint, as well as options for the complainant in addition to appeal right
