CLOSE OUT PHASE. As-Built Drawings. Consultant shall review and evaluate for District, Contractor’s as-built documentation of the actual construction performed during the Project that Contractor prepares and submits. As-builts are documents that show the actual construction performed during the Project, including changes necessitated by change orders, RFIs, Supplemental Drawings/Documents, and detailed by Contractor.
