Closed Circuit Television. Theatre shall have the right to set up closed circuit viewing within the Theatre. Theatre will submit to Equity a usage form that reports the production, the date, the location, attendance records, and ticket revenue, if any. Further, any ticket revenue will be included in the Theatre’s Certified Weekly Box Office Receipts. This provision is not intended to provide use for any pay television broadcast, making of cassettes, or other audio/visual Recordings for public sale or distribution.
Closed Circuit Television. It is not intended that this rule apply to closed circuit, pay television, or the making of cassettes or other audio-visual Recording for public sale or distribution, and the Theatre agrees that there will be no closed circuit, pay television or the making of cassettes or other types of audio-visual Recording of the production without prior negotiations and agreement with Equity as to the payments and working conditions for said Recordings. Closed Circuit Television. (CCTV) Provide the capability to interface with the Orbiter CCTV system for remote television capability in any module configuration. Services shall also be provided by the module to utilize Orbiter camera systems (camcorders). When dictated by payload requirements, video switching capability shall be provided in any SPACEHAB module configuration to allow selection of one output to the Orbiter CCTV system from multiple payload or module cameras. All module configurations shall be capable of providing digital video downlink capability as a standard SPACEHAB system service, if required by one or more experiments. If the SSP defines a requirement on any mission to view the payload bay area behind the SPACEHAB module the Contractor shall install Orbiter CCTV cameras external to the module and located on the aft bulkhead using GFE installation hardware and cameras.
Closed Circuit Television. (CCTV): The Contractor is required to maintain the existing closed circuit TV system (CCTV) at the facility. The system must be maintained by a licensed qualified contractor. If the system should fail, it must be repaired or replaced within 8 hours of the system going down. Failure to comply shall result in the Contractor being subject to the assessment of liquidated damages of $100.00 per hour over the 8 hours specified unless a reasonable explanation is given and approved by the Department’s Parking Operations.

The data is stored for 15 days and will then be deleted, in the absence of the events mentioned above.

With the prior written approval of RFU and the Broadcaster if required under any Broadcasting contract, a Club may arrange for a Match in which it is involved to be relayed by closed circuit television to other locations, provided that no such approval is required where it is relayed within the ground of the Home Club.
