Professional Conduct Agreement. We acknowledge that practitioners will use online and digital technologies in their personal and social lives so we ask them to sign the following Voluntary Professional Conduct Agreement to ensure clear boundaries between their home and professional roles. I agree that through my recreational use of social networking sites or other online technologies that I will:  not bring Mercia Primary Academy Trust into disrepute;  observe confidentiality and refrain from discussing any issues relating to work;  not share or post, in an open forum, any information that I would not want children, parents/carers or colleagues to view;  set privacy settings to block unauthorised access to my social networking page and to restrict those who are able to receive updates;  keep my professional and personal life separate, and not accept children and parents/carers as ‘friends’;  consider how my social conduct may be perceived by others and how this could affect my own reputation and that of the Mercia Primary Academy Trust;  either avoid using a profile photograph or ensure it is an image I would be happy to share with anyone;  report any known breaches of the above;  I understand that the completion of this form is optional. However, I voluntarily choose to complete it to safeguard my own professional reputation and that of Mercia Primary Academy Trust.  I understand I am in a position of trust and my actions outside of my professional environment could be misinterpreted by others, and I am conscious of this when sharing information publicly with others.   • Professional Conduct The Firm shall ensure compliance with all applicable standards of ethics and rules of professional responsibility, including the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct promulgated by the Florida Supreme Court for attorneys practicing in Florida (or similar standards applicable to attorneys practicing outside the State of Florida). Such standards include rules related to conflicts of interest and confidentiality that are intended to protect Citizens and Citizens’ information.‌‌

  • Modified Indemnity Where Agreement Involves Design Professional Services Notwithstanding the forgoing, if the services provided under this Agreement are design professional services, as defined by California Civil Code section 2782.8, as may be amended from time to time, the defense and indemnity obligation under Section 1, above, shall be limited to the extent required by California Civil Code section 2782.8.

  • Professional Services Warranty Kodak warrants that it shall perform Professional Services in a professional manner using appropriately skilled personnel in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and Kodak’s then current policies and procedures.   • Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Where it is necessary for Us or Our Group to visit your sites in order to perform Professional Services you shall at no cost to Us or Our Group: (a) provide reasonable access to any relevant sites at times to be agreed; (b) inform Us of health and safety, and security policies applicable at the sites; (c) ensure the sites are safe;

  • General Conduct The BSC has specific policies governing conduct in the units, including, but not limited to, assault, harassment, sexual harassment, host, alcohol, party and substance abuse policies. Member agrees to read and abide by these policies. Failure to follow BSC conduct policies will lead to a range of sanctions up to and including termination of this contract and BSC membership.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;
