Within 30 days after obtainment of Substantial Completion and before final payment, Contractor shall gather and deliver to Owner all warranty documentation, all manufacturer’s product and warranty literature, all manuals (including parts and technical manuals), all schematics and handbooks, and all as-built drawings.
