Closing Fees and Expenses. The Administrative Agent shall have received for its own account, or for the account of each Lender and other Agent, as the case may be, all fees, costs and expenses due and payable pursuant hereto.

Closing Fees and Expenses. The Australian Administrative Agent shall have received for its own account, or for the account of each Lender and other Agent, as the case may be, all fees, costs and expenses due and payable pursuant hereto.

Closing Fees and Expenses. Borrower shall have paid all fees and expenses due hereunder including the fees and expenses due pursuant to Section 8;
Closing Fees and Expenses. 10.1 Seller agrees that it shall pay all fees and expenses for (a) the premium for the Title Policy; (b) any real estate commissions due and payable by Seller as a result of this sale; (c) all attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses incurred by Seller to close the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, including the preparation of the Deed and any other documents required to be furnished by Seller; and (d) one-half of all fees charged by the Closing Agent to close the transaction contemplated by this Agreement;
10.2 Purchaser agrees that he or she shall pay all fees and expenses for (a) the recording of the Deed; (b) the required documentary fee in accordance with Colorado law; (c) one-half of all fees charged by the Closing Agent to close the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, not to exceed a total fee of $250.00; and (d) all attorneys’ fees or other professional fees incurred by Purchaser.
