Closing of Streets - Formal Request for Approval. No street shall be closed for Contract construction until “REQUEST FOR FULL ROADWAY CLOSURE” has been submitted to and approved by the Commissioner. This form must be filed notwithstanding whether a provision in the Contract may provide for the closing of streets. The form may be obtained from Office of Construction Mitigation and Control (OCMC) at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx XX 00000.

  • Application for approval 3.1. The application for approval of a vehicle type with regard to braking shall be submitted by the vehicle manufacturer or by his duly accredited representative.

Contractor shall retain and preserve City Data in accordance with the City’s instruction and requests, including, without limitation, any retention schedules and/or litigation hold orders provided by the City to Contractor, independent of where the City Data is stored.

  • Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement.
