Clothing Replacement. 15.01 (1 May 04) The Company will replace employee’s work clothing where this has been destroyed through the fault of the Company and not through normal wear and tear. In case of misunderstanding between the employee and his supervisor, the matter will be brought to the attention of the Superintendent who will settle such misunderstanding.
Clothing Replacement. If an employee’s clothing is torn or otherwise damaged in the line of duty, said clothing shall be replaced at County expense upon the presentation of an appropriate receipt and supervisor’s approval.
Clothing Replacement. Articles of uniform clothing and personal equipment rendered unserviceable by virtue of normal wear or damage in the line of duty will be replaced by the Employer. The Sheriff of Muskegon County shall determine when replacement is necessary. Worn or damaged articles shall be surrendered to the Sheriff upon replacement of same. All uniforms and equipment shall be ordered within thirty (30) days of request.
Clothing Replacement. The District agrees to replace or repair any items of required uniforms or PPE, which are damaged or otherwise unserviceable. The annual cost of replacement or repair of uniform items shall not exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per year, except in the event of extraordinary loss or damage occurring in the line of duty or in a year when the employee requires a new pair of work shoes or structure boots, based on the results of an annual uniform inspection, up to a maximum of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per pair.
Clothing Replacement a) The Employer agrees to reimburse an employee seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per item to a maximum of two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($225.00) for any item of clothing or $30.00 or less for a watch which is destroyed or damaged during the performance of their duties per two (2) year period. An Employee must bring damaged item to the Supervisor as soon as possible and receive prior approval for any repairs and/or replacements. An Employee must also provide the Employer with a copy of the receipt on their expense claim for any item purchased or repaired. b) For the purposes of recognition, the Employer will provide photo identification cards for all Employees.
Clothing Replacement. The replacement of personal clothing damaged in the plant through no fault of the employee will be replaced through an expense reporting procedure with employer General Motors. Communications Improvement. Management will provide repeaters/signal boosters to enhance the connectivity in clean rooms and remote building locations for cell phone service (AT&T and Verizon) and two-way radios in the plant. Company Notifications. Employees will receive company communication in one or all the following manners: personal email, text messaging, personal phone calls, and home mailing address. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to keep this information up to date.
Clothing Replacement. The supervisor reserves the right to review requests and to evaluate items submitted for replacement to a supervisor. All clothing and equipment approved for replacement will be ordered by the supervisor within ten (10) days of such approval with written notice to the employee involved. It is understood that only supervisor issued uniforms and equipment will be worn by the employee while on duty. In addition, any and all issued items will be worn and/or utilized solely at the Region.
