Co-Agents; Lead Managers. None of the Lenders or other Persons identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a “syndication agent,” “documentation agent,” “co-agent,” “bookrunner,” or “lead manager,” “arranger,” “lead arranger” or “co-arranger” shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than, in the case of such lenders, those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders or other Persons so identified as a “syndication agent,” “documentation agent,” “co-agent” or “lead manager” shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lenders. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of Lenders or other Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
Co-Agents; Lead Managers. None of the Lenders identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a “co-documentation agent”, “co-syndication agent” or other similar title shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders or other Persons so identified as a “co-documentation agent”, “co-syndication agent” or other similar title shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders or other Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "co-agent," an "arranger," a "syndication agent," a "book manager" or a "co-documentation agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder. NO ORAL AGREEMENTS. THIS LOAN AGREEMENT TOGETHER WITH THE OTHER LOAN DOCUMENTS REPRESENTS THE FINAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENTS OF THE PARTIES. THERE ARE NO UNWRITTEN ORAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES. This Agreement is executed effective as of the date stated at the top of the first page. WILLXXXX XXXMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC.
