Co-operation and Assistance. 1. The Parties will co-operate in the area of government procurement by exchanging experience and information about best practices and regulatory frameworks. 2. The Parties shall endeavour to co-operate with a view to achieving a better understanding of their respective government procurement systems, as well as a better access to their respective markets. 3. Technical assistance shall be provided upon a duly motivated request, in particular through jointly developed training programmes.
