COACH CARE AND MANIFEST PREPARATION. 6.2.1 At the commencement of each day Driver/Guide Employees shall be paid an additional five (5) minutes at the commencement and completion of the day to check the Coach (bus) in accordance with the maintenance instructions as contained in the Tropical Horizons Tours Operations Manual. 6.2.2 Factored into the Tour Sheet times are:- • twenty (20) minutes to review and plan the Tablelands and Skybury, Daintree, Cape Tribulation, Waterfalls and Paronella Park manifests for the day; • thirty (30) minutes to review and plan the Kuranda manifest for the day; • time in accordance with clause 6.2.1 to maintain the vehicle. 6.2.3 The maintenance check is a mandatory requirement which will ensure that Workplace Health and Safety standards are maintained and the check also contributes positively to the longevity of the vehicle. Failure to undertake safety checks will be treated as a serious issue for the purposes of sub-clause 2.6.3.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years.
