COACHES EVALUATION. 10.1 Coaches will be evaluated annually separate from their evaluation as a teacher. If the coaching performance is in need of improvement or is unsatisfactory, the coach will be informed of the areas in need of improvement and the A.D. will provide suggestions to assist in the improvement. In the event that a coach will be removed from his/her position as a coach the coach will have an opportunity for a hearing prior to their removal. SECTION VII
