Common use of Code-Required Work Clause in Contracts

Code-Required Work. If the performance of the Subtenant Improvements within the Subleased Premises "triggers" a requirement for code-related upgrades to or improvements of the Master Lease Premises or any common areas, Sublandlord and Subtenant agree that Subtenant shall be responsible for the additional cost of such code-required upgrade or improvements.

If the performance of the any Subtenant Improvements or other work by Subtenant within the Subleased Premises "“triggers" ” a requirement for code-related upgrades to or improvements of any portion of the Master Lease Premises or any common areasSubleased Premises, Sublandlord and Subtenant agree that Subtenant shall be responsible for the additional cost of such code-required upgrade or improvementsimprovements to the Subleased Premises. Sublandlord will transfer to the Subtenant, to the extent assignable, any warranties or service contracts on systems in the Subleased Premises that the Subtenant is responsible to maintain during the Term.
