Cognizance of Violations by County. 19.4.1. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that COUNTY shall take cognizance of violations of Chapter 1 of Part 7 of Division 2 of the California Labor Code committed in the course of the execution of this Agreement, and shall promptly report any suspected violations to the Labor Commissioner.
