COLLABORATION PROCEDURES. A. No later than February 15, of the calendar year in which this Agreement expires, representatives of the Governing Board and the Association shall meet to discuss and determine the date on which collaboration for a successor agreement shall begin. In no event shall the beginning date for collaboration be later than March 15.
