Collaboration Requirements. The CLC team (Lead Agency, Principal, Site Coordinator, Academic Coordinator and a core group of day school teachers) shall ensure CLC academic activities are closely aligned with the School’s Improvement Plan and Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, Reading, and English Language Arts. LitART sessions must be offered weekly, beginning September 29, 2014 and end no earlier than May 21, 2015. Two staff members from each elementary and K-8 site must attend a LitART training in Fall 2014 and requested follow-up trainings throughout the academic school year. Attendance records must be documented in APlus for all individual LitART activities. Student assessments (pre- and post-tests) provided through the LitART curriculum must be completed and submitted as requested by Milwaukee Public Schools.
