Collection and Testing Procedures. Testing for drugs and/or alcohol under this policy shall be at the expense of the Company, and shall be conducted in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40, Subparts A, B, C and D, as amended from time to time, with the exception of Section 40.1, the reference to “applicant” in the definition of “employee” in Section 40.3 and Section 40.31(d). The “split sample” method of collection, as set forth in those Regulations, shall be used.
