Collection of Airport Fees. The Contractor shall be an agent for the Airports Authority to monitor and record with its own personnel, all aircraft landings, and aircraft parking, further defined in Section 5.01, on the Premises or adjacent runway, taxiway and apron areas. The Contractor agrees to collect such fees for aircraft utilizing the Contractor’s Premises or the Contractor’s ground handling services in accordance with the written directives of the Airports Authority that will be provided to the Contractor on an annual basis.
