Collection of Delinquent Contributions. (a) The provisions of the Fund’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended, are expressly incorporated herein and the Employer signatory to this agreement agrees to be bound by the provisions of said Trust agreement. The Employer further agrees to all of the rules and regulations heretofore and hereafter adopted by the trustees of said Trust Fund pursuant to said Trust Agreement and all of the actions of the trustees in administering such trust in accordance with the Trust Agreement and rules adopted.
