Common use of Collection of Dues Deductions Clause in Contracts

Collection of Dues Deductions. The Association agrees to hold the State of Ohio harmless in the event of any legal controversy with regard to application of this provision. All dues collected shall be paid over by the Employer once each month to the State of Ohio, Unit 2 Association. No fees will be charged for this deduction.

The Unit 2 Association shall indemnify and hold harmless the Employer from and against any liability incurred to any third parties and any and all claims, suits, orders, or judgments brought against the Employer that arise from the form, including any deduction of membership dues or Lodge contributions by the Employer. All dues collected shall be paid over by the Employer once each month to the State of Ohio, Unit 2 Association. No fees will be charged for this deduction.
