Collective Bargaining Agreement Distribution a. The agency will make initial distribution of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) to all non-bargaining unit employees via electronic means. The agency will provide electronic access to this agreement to the Union for distribution to current and new bargaining unit employees. Any Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) jointly developed will be distributed in the same manner. Union officials and/or stewards will be allowed official time to distribute the CBA during duty time. The CBA will be available for access on the intranet/internet within 10 workdays of receipt by this agency.

Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.
