The Board will hold harmless any employee who has completed a drug administration training program conducted by a licensed health professional and who has been designated by the Board to administer prescription drugs for administering or failing to administer a drug, unless the employee acts in a manner that constitutes gross negligence or wanton or reckless misconduct.
