Common use of Collective Bargaining Subjects Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Subjects. The parties acknowledge that, during the negotiation of this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to raise any subject not prohibited by law from the collective bargaining. Except as provided herein, the University and the Association, for the term of this Agreement, each voluntarily waives the right to bargain collectively with respect to any subject not specifically included in this Agreement, even though such subject may not have been within the knowledge of the party at the time that it negotiated and executed this Agreement.
