COLLECTIVE USE. Any race action image that depict(s) three (3) or more race vehicles and/or drivers and/or crew members at an ARCA Event may be used in any medium by team(s), driver(s), sponsor(s), licensee(s), track(s), and ARCA and its affiliates for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes of the parties’ involvement in the sport even though it may include my likeness, provided that no implied or express personal endorsement is created by any such use.
COLLECTIVE USE. Any race action image that depict(s) two (2) or more race vehicles and/or drivers and/or crew members in an Event setting as seen at track, may be used in any medium by team(s), driver(s), sponsor(s), licensee(s), and track(s), for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes of the parties’ involvement in the sport even though it may include Entrant’s likeness, provided that no implied or expressed personal endorsement of a product and/or service is created by any such use.

  • Exclusive Use (A) After the Occupancy Date, Lessee expressly agrees and warrants that the Leased Premises will be used exclusively as a Champps Restaurant or other casual dining sit-down restaurant. In any other such case, after obtaining Lessor's prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Lessee may conduct any lawful business from the Leased Premises. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that any other use without the prior written consent of Lessor will constitute a default under and a violation and breach of this Lease. Lessee agrees: To open for business within a reasonable period of time after completion of construction of the contemplated Improvements; to operate all of the Leased Premises during the Term or Renewal Terms during regular and customary hours for businesses similar to the permitted exclusive use stated herein, unless prevented from doing so by causes beyond Lessee's control or due to remodeling; and to conduct its business in a professional and reputable manner.

  • Excessive Use 4.11 If Your use of the Services is deemed by Us to be in excess of that which is normal for the Service which You have purchased, We may at Our discretion require You to move onto another Service which is more suitable for Your requirements.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Shared Leave Use A. The Employer will determine the amount of leave, if any, which an employee may receive. However, an employee will not receive more than five hundred twenty- two (522) days of shared leave during their entire duration of state employment, except that, the Employer may authorize shared leave in excess of five hundred twenty-two (522) days in extraordinary circumstances for an employee qualifying for the shared leave program because he or she is suffering from an illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition that is of an extraordinary nature.

When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Building Access i. Access to Secured buildings: Contractor will work through the GIT Contract administrator for access to the building.
