NSO Rights. (a) Non-Commercial Use

NSO Rights. Non-Commercial Use During the Term, the Athlete grants the NSO permission to use the Marketing Rights for Non-Commercial Use. After the Term, the NSO may only continue to make Non-Commercial Use of the Athlete’s Marketing Rights with the prior written consent of the Athlete which may be given or withheld at the Athlete’s sole discretion.

  • Veto rights 6.2.4.1 A Member which can show that its own work, time for performance, costs, liabilities, intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests would be severely affected by a decision of a Consortium Body may exercise a veto with respect to the corresponding decision or relevant part of the decision.

  • No Rights Granted Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights under any patent, copyright or other intellectual property right of the Company, nor shall this Agreement grant Advisor any rights in or to the Company’s Confidential Information, except the limited right to use the Confidential Information in connection with the Services.

  • CSEA Rights CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.

  • No rights The Hiring Agreement constitutes permission only to use the premises and confers no tenancy or other right of occupation on the Hirer.

The Federal Government’s license must permit the Federal Government to take the following actions provided those actions are taken for Federal Government purposes: (a) Reproduce the subject data, (b) Publish the subject data, (c) Otherwise use the subject data, and (d) Permit other entities or individuals to use the subject data, and

  • Our Rights You acknowledge that We are not obligated to use Your Contribution as part of the Material and may decide to include any Contribution We consider appropriate.

  • Assignee’s Rights (a) The Transfer of a Company Interest in accordance with this Agreement shall be effective as of the date of its assignment (assuming compliance with all of the conditions to such Transfer set forth herein), and such Transfer shall be shown on the books and records of the Company. Profits, Losses and other Company items shall be allocated between the transferor and the Assignee according to Code Section 706, using any permissible method as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Manager. Distributions made before the effective date of such Transfer shall be paid to the transferor, and Distributions made after such date shall be paid to the Assignee.

  • Use Rights The Use Rights in effect when Customer orders Software will apply to Customer’s use of the version of the Software that is current at the time. For future versions and new Software, the Use Rights in effect when those versions and Software are first released will apply. Changes Microsoft makes to the Use Rights for a particular version will not apply unless Customer chooses to have those changes apply.

  • No Rights in Third Parties This Agreement does not create any rights in, or inure to the benefit of, any third party except as expressly provided herein.
