Collector Representative. Collector shall designate a representative to serve as the authorized contact to the City in all matters pertaining to the service and materials to be rendered under this Agreement. Collector Representative. The Collector Representative, described in Section 6.03.3, shall incorporate Organics Recycling educational information into the promotion and education materials and presentations provided to civic groups, school assemblies, homeowners’ associations, Multi-Family and Commercial Premises, and provided as part of demonstrations and civic events. During calendar year 2022, in accordance with a schedule determined by the Contract Officer, the Collector Representative shall visit high priority sites and provide a list to the Contract Officer of the proposed sites for preapproval.   • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Safety Representative On every job site, workers may elect a Workers’ Safety Representative in accordance with the Act.

  • Contract Managers Each party will designate a Contract Manager during the term of this Agreement whose responsibility shall be to oversee the party’s performance of its duties and obligations pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Citizens’ Contract Manager may designate other authorized individuals to participate in overseeing the Firm’s performance hereunder.   • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
