Common use of College-Association Communication Clause in Contracts

College-Association Communication. 1.1. It is agreed that the College Administration and the Executive Committee of the Association will meet periodically to discuss matters of mutual interest other than those normally addressed through contract negotiations, contract administration, or the grievance process. At a minimum it is expected that three (3) such meetings will be scheduled upon the request of the Administration or the President of the Association each calendar year, with additional meetings as mutually agreed. Agendas and length of meetings shall be mutually agreed upon at least two (2) business days prior to such meetings. Upon mutual agreement among the President of the College and the Association Presidents these meeting maybe joint meetings with multiple bargaining units. These joint meetings will count toward the minimum expected number of meetings per year for all participating bargaining units.
