The bargaining unit member who has the greatest seniority by classification within a College or Non-Academic Division has seniority rights over other bargaining unit members in that classification within that College or Non-Academic Division for all purposes except for those mentioned in Section 29.1.A and Article 16 (“Xxxxxx and Recall”).
