Common use of College Services and Facilities Clause in Contracts

College Services and Facilities. A. In accordance with applicable Board policy, the Association shall have reasonable use of College office services, to include duplicating, printing, and electronic communication privileges for the conduct of Association business. The Association agrees to pay the standard rates for the duplicating and printing services and supplies used. Use of such services and facilities shall be scheduled and prioritized by the appropriate administrative officers.
