College Services and Facilities. A. In accordance with applicable Board policy, the Association shall have reasonable use of College office services, to include duplicating, printing, and electronic communication privileges for the conduct of Association business. The Association agrees to pay the standard rates for the duplicating and printing services, and supplies related to Union Business. Use of such services and facilities shall be scheduled and prioritized by the appropriate administrative officers. B. The Board agrees that space for a bulletin board, to be purchased by the Association, shall be provided for the exclusive use of the Association for posting notices of activities and other matters of Association concern, provided such posting shall not include any item attacking the character, integrity, or ability of any member of the Board of Trustees or any of its· agents or employees. C. The Board agrees to provide the Association reasonable access to conference space for the conduct of normal Association business. D. The Association President may utilize their College office for Union business and it shall not interfere with College business.
