Common use of College’s Liability Limit Clause in Contracts

College’s Liability Limit. The Union recognizes and agrees that the College’s obligation and liability with regard to providing the benefit and insurance coverages agreed to herein is in all events limited to arranging the underwriting of coverages by insurers and to the internal procedural administration of the plans. The College cannot be held liable for refusal by insurers to underwrite any plan, for cancellation of coverage by insurers, or for the rejection of any claim or claims by insurers. Any costs associated with the review shall be borne by the College.
