Common use of Collegial Rights and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Collegial Rights and Responsibilities. These matters are the prerogative of the full-time faculty in the department under the guidance of the Department Chairperson. The Department Chair shall serve as a co-equal faculty member with an equal vote in the matters listed below in 12.2(a)-(g). Any recommendation regarding these matters will be based on procedures developed democratically by the faculty of the department.
