Combined Loan to Value. If, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Loans exceeds the Borrowing Base, the Borrower shall immediately prepay the Loans in an amount sufficient to reduce the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Loans by an amount equal to such excess.

Combined Loan to Value. If, at any time, the Borrowing Base Availability is less than zero, the Borrower shall immediately prepay the Loans in an amount equal to the extent to which the Borrowing Base Availability is less than zero. By way of example, if the Borrowing Base Availability is -$100,000, then the Borrower shall immediately prepay the Loans in an amount equal to $100,000.
Combined Loan to Value. Any Claim if the Combined Loan-to-Value exceeded the percentage as set forth in the Eligibility Criteria which is applicable to the Loan.

  • Excess Availability Borrowers shall have Excess Availability at all times of at least (i) as of any date of determination during the period from July 25, 2016 through and including August 29, 2016, $10,000,000, (ii) as of any date of determination during the period from August 30, 2016 through and including October 6, 2016, $13,000,000, (iii) as of any date of determination during the period from October 7, 2016 through and including October 13, 2016, $17,500,000, and (iv) as of any date of determination during the period from October 14, 2016 through and including December 31, 2016, $20,000,000.
