Equity Units definition

Equity Units has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Equity Units means the Class B Units, the Class C Units and the Class D Units.
Equity Units means (i) the $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of equity units issued by the Borrower on April 29, 2002 and (ii) any subsequent offering of equity units issued by the Borrower the structure, terms and conditions of which are substantially similar to the offering referred to in clause (i) above.

Equity Units means the 6,600,000 6% Equity Units issued by the Company on September 13, 2002, the 12,000,000 7% Equity Units issued by the Company on May 23, 2003 and the 1,800,000 7% Equity Units issued by the Company on May 30, 2003.
Equity Units means, with respect to each Member, the Equity Units held by such Member as set forth opposite such Member’s name on Exhibit A attached hereto. Such Equity Units represent the Membership Interest held by such Member.
Equity Units means the Equity Units issued by the Company pursuant to a Purchase Contract Agreement dated May 16, 2008 between the Company and The Bank of New York.
